"We arrived very late 9:45pm from mestre station near the hotel. Mixed reviews about the hotel underground. From station go underground, very safe and clean. Also near bus stop. The hotel and the room very clean, good breakfast, 24/7 staff, quick check in and out. Room 140"

"Great location 2-3 mins from Rialto Bridge and 20 mins max walk (if you don’t get lost in Venice street) to St Marks Square. Mistakenly booked shared bathroom, but this did not cause us any timing issues with other rooms. Modern shower and bathroom accessories, plenty hot water and had shared kitchen area. Breakfast in morning good with fruit, yoghurt, bread cheese and juice, coffee. 3 flights of steps to top floor but it is a large stairway area. Staff pleasant and room bathroom cleaned...

"After being given a very small room we were delivered to be upgraded to a much nicer room with a beautiful view and big balcony. Sadly only stayed for two nights but would have welcomed being given the bigger room on are. It’s a stunning location and the hotel is steeped in history but it’s the most expensive hotel we’ve stayed in… and in addition we had to pay extra for breakfast! Which was lovely but really £1k for a small room and breakfast not included! "
