We stayed with our 8 year old daughter, everything was perfect. Children can use the pool until 4.30pm so we had lots of time to enjoy the facilities, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Bed covers were soft and high quality. Only tiny negative was the pillows were quite flat and hard but that's the only thing. Balcony and view lovely. Very clean. Very happy with our stay!
Great hotel and wonderful staff. The gentleman at reception was especially helpful. The only drawback was the food. The food choices where limited for dinner.
Nice property with good restaurant. Would stay there again.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The women at the front desk, although professional, made us feel quite unwelcome. The room was clean but lacking in terms of the details: no room garbage can, lights not working, no shelf of any kind in the shower, only two tiny, flat pillows, etc. This was not a 'four star' experience.
The hotel was nice and comfortable - it is a bit of a drive up the mountain from Trento. The pool and spa has limited hours - we were planning to use it but couldn't, which was part of why we booked that location - so check in advance before booking if this is important to you. The hotel did offer us to stay late and use those amenities after check-out, but that didn't work with our travel itinerary.
Hotel was lovely, very friendly helpful staff. Shame the pool closed for 2 hours in the middle of the day.
Dinner was hit-and-miss. The menu options looked fantastic but sometimes failed to quite deliver.
Lovely area, great for some casual skiing.
The hotel is some 15 km away from the highway, with tens of hairpin turns uphill. In a dark, rainy night getting there is quite an experience.
Check-in was warm and efficient. The room - quite basic (which is what we chose), though I think that two night stands is the norm rather than the one that we had. Linens and towels of reasonable quality, shower OK if a bit on the small side.
Lobby and restaurant with modern decoration and good acoustics. Plenty of food with our half-board plan, quality was OK, food not imaginative. Wines fairly priced, selection so-so, mostly simple and inexpensive, some more complex and expensive - and very little in between; the popular wines were not in stock.
Nice Wellness Center, free entrance to hotel guests but the costly robe-towel-slippers kit was in fact an entrance fee in disguise. I didn't appreciate this tactics.
The hotel is close to a ski lift and thus popular in winter. I'm not a skier; I doubt that I'll return.
