"Convenient location,but except for that this place is not a good value for the money. There is no one in the reception so if you need any help you need to manage on your own. I had a lot of hassle with the key and spent time just getting in and out of the place. Room was ok, but missed a balcony and a refrigerator. The breakfast is served in the restaurant next door and it is not very impressive. Dry "cornetto" and rather old fruit. Not worth the money you pay for accommodation."

Although there were few guests we were given a room above the plant room where we were woken several times by gurgling and vibrations from below.
