The view is the only 5 stars in the rating, every thing else is below mediocre, way below expectations.
Staff’s attitude, proficiency in English, professionalism, even personal hygiene is way below expectations.
Breakfast reminded me with food line in a food shelter, you stand in line, separated by a physical barrier from the food. A staff who is not trained, not professional , lacks the basics of English or other languages, stands there and ??? “Help” you… they ran out every day of pastry .. cheap variety of food… very disappointed, one of my high points of my visits to Turkey is breakfast, they succeeded in smashing it.
We once tried dinner at the hotel: you will be disappointed by there response : we ran out of most of what’s on the menu… food was below expectations.
No body speaks decent English, you are on your own… they will help you in getting a taxi, and that’s it.

The potential of this hotel is physically enormous, the view at every second of the day is extremely gorgeous, especially sunset, but the management is very poor.
