The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Our first night we were next to a mechanical room and it was very loud. Front desk thought maybe something was broken because they had never heard that complaint before.

The inn was clean and well kept. The bed was very hard making sleep a bit difficult. Since many people find a hard bed ideal, I cannot fault too much

The room had dust everywhere. We told housekeeping a lady named Mary and her response was it does get quite dusty. It looked like an inch of dust was everywhere.

Good stay - clean hotel.
Overall the stay was good. There was an issue at check in and I was charged a second time for the room. Which then turned into spending time trying to straighten it out. The staff was friendly.

I stayed there 7 or 8 years ago and was happy to see that everything looked as fresh and clean as before. This is in view of the fact they have a number of guests that work in the "fracking" industry. I am certain that your staff and management set some ground rules, therefore, everyone was quiet and polite and even took their boots off outside the building. The staff could not have been nicer even though at least one worked a couple double shifts, she still sincerely smiled and chatted. I also like your I Found It feature because my brother's lighter, which was a gift from his daughter, must have slipped out of his pocket. It's on the way back to us. Good job all around.

Nice and cool (with adjustments).
Easy check in. Everyone was very kind and polite. The room was clean. The issue I had was with the room temperature. I had to keep turning it down cooler but it kept feeling warm. Set at 70 and the room was 72. 68 to get 70. Not a big deal but took a few adjustments to get comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Checkout was quick and easy. Overall, a good experience.

After waiting in line to check in for 20 minutes, our room wasn’t ready when we got t if the line while the one person in front of us got checked in. Instead of being apologetic, we got an attitude. Told us to come back at a specific time so we sat in our car in the lot. Still not ready at that time.
