Lovely room with a skylight, good service and the place feels secure. Location is far from glamorous but it is near the train station and thus rather convenient.

We only had a one night stay but our experience was excellent from checking in to checking out. Friendly staff and the room and communal areas were spotlessly clean. We were offered a bottle of cold water each on arrival which was welcome on a hot day. Soft towels and toiletries were provided in the room and even though we were at the front of the hotel overlooking the road we didn't hear any noise.

Forced me to leave my room key when not in my room
BEWARE: This hotel will force you to leave your room key EVERYTIME you leave the premises. That is a big no-no for me especially as a solo traveler during this stay. Horrible experience with the French guy (young) during check-in. He didn't speak English nor Spanish and he was bothered that I didn't speak French. He was the rudest French person I encountered from Calais to Paris to Toulouse. When I kindly asked him why I had to leave my key with Google translate, he was visibly irritated and I asked him to please be patient with me because I wanted to understand why I couldn't leave my key. He wrote through Google translate that it was because we were in the area of the train station (right across from the hotel) and because I didn't need it. So I just gave up on trying to keep my key. There is no safe in the room. The room is so small along with the shower. The water was splashing out and there's only a small shower curtain. There was also construction as early as 8am for which the nice lady at the check in counter (when I checked out) apologized for but it was very loud. And at 6AM I could hear everything the personnel were doing downstairs in the lobby. It was not a good experience at all. And it's heartbreaking because I paid more for this place than my other option because it had better reviews. You will be able to hear anything and everything going on in the other rooms and hallway. There is a place to have some clothes but nothing much offered for storage.

Hello,I'm so sorry that desapointed stay. The reception is open 24h/24h like that give your key at the receptionnist, it's safety condition for us like that we know the people are in the hotel.We are one star,it's the first level for the hôtel.The noise just for 15 minutes because of the air conditionner installation.Have nice day, sincerely

Unassuming, clean, convenient
Unassuming hotel just across the Matabiau train station, which is very convenient in case you have to catch an early train. Very friendly staff. They have a patio where you can safely park your bike. I had a room on the 2nd floor. Very quiet, despite being close to a busy area.

Very good for this price and close to everything!
The staff of the Hotel was very nice and friendly, and I got a good few pointers about what to visit in the city. Almost everything is at a walking distance from the Hotel which is in the city center. The shower is really the only little aspect I did not like, as it is small and water would spill easily on the toilet area. I really liked that my bed had 3 pillows all different, that's very nice and I never saw that before. I could definitely see myself booking there again if I ever go back to Toulouse.

Nice little hotel close to the train station and about 1km from the Capitole de Toulouse. Friendly and helpful staff, and a very decent place to stay overall. There were no problems.

A nice, little french hotel. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Comfortable, clean and safe for an overnight stay by a solo american female while awaiting her bus departure the next day. Bus station is a 4 minute walk.

Across the train station
Not a great neighborhood but the location was ideal for me since I was traveling by train and the train station is a few minutes away . The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was basic but comfortable and clean. One thing I really liked is how quiet the hotel is, I hardly heard other guests moving around.

Fabulous service, communicated essentials to be best abilities in English Room was underwhelming even though clean, many toiletries (eg. toothbrush, toothpaste) were missing, the shower water switch was poorly designed and too easily knocked around when showering. Overall acceptable at the economic room (double room) rate of 70 euros

This property was a nice surprise. It was nice to stay in a non-chain and feel part of the local culture. Across from the underground and main rail station, and not far from the Capitol and Wilson Place, it was a great location. Rooms are clean, bed was very good. Room was small and bathroom was tight, but I was there to see Toulouse, not the room. It served the purpose for a great price. Isabell and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

No elevator. Was in top floor, where WiFi was very weak. Minimal hotel at minimal price. Much nicer hotels nearby at same price.

La dame au comptoir m a refusé l acces au telephone pour une urgence! Elle m a même menti en disant qu avec les changements à l installation en cours, il n y avait pas de service disponible pour les clients! Gros manque de jugement.
