The pool had icy water, and its water heaters were off. They said you should ask for it 48 hours in advance! That isn't nice when you select the hotel because of its indoor pool for the kids.

Torren difficult to get in and out but Marriot easy to get in and out on Cuota. Straight in Straight out. Lots of gas stations on route. Easy parking. Meal prices expensive but chicken place across street. Very good ane economical. Stay there on our way to Mazatlan.

Hotel was probably the gold standard when it was new, unfortunately the rooms are a bit dated. Lobby looks great when you come in, staff is awesome, however we may choose to stay somewhere else during our next trip.

El hotel es muy viejo, los cuartos horribles, no lo recomiendo para nada.

Big party downstairs , very loud ; can’t sleep. At check out room price didn’t match my reservation I had to challenge. My keys for both rooms blocked Twice. This never happened to me before .

We stayed there for 5 and my parents loved it. I included the breakfasts in our package. Food was ok but very unorganized waiters were having a hard time brining the food at our table we had to asked multiple times for it. WGreat place, everyone was very kind and friendly.

This place was top rated.
However the rooms although spacious had no heating. We called management several times and they told us that the heating was not “necessary hence not being turned on by the engineers” they did send a maintenance guy though.
The other thing is that the ceilings in the lobby have old drippings and drywall is missing. Shabby look for a “fancy” hotel.
The other thing is that the hot water took for ever to come out. Ridiculous!
The restaurant service on the other hand is quite spacious, the service is wonderful and the quality of the food in excellent. Not gourmet but above average.
