"This was our second stay at this hotel and like the first time, it did not disappoint. It is an older hotel but it is kept up pretty well. Breakfast was terrific, as was the staff. The location is great - convenient to the center of town, as well as shopping and restaurants. We come to Montecatini once or twice a year so I hope we can stay here again."

"Only a one night stay. Our room was compact but well equipped, stylish and spotlessly clean. Location is great for exploring the city. We had to checkout early to catch a flight which resulted in a bit of a mix up but I have to say the resolution was excellent. "Our room was large with a very comfortable king bed. The outside terrace and lounge provided us with the ideal space for some quiet enjoyment. The buffet breakfast choices were most enjoyable. The hotel location, just outside of the walls and a short walk to the station, suited us perfectly. However, the best thing about this hotel has to be the staff, who treated so well."
