Please avoid this property. It's one of the dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed. Their internet is joke. The towels they had, had full of dirt. Their staff is not helpful, busy playing in his phone. Anyway, please find different hotel.

This place is a crack house. All night there were people shouting and slamming doors. Curtains had big holes in them, T.V. was wobbly, big burn mark on table, no lamp shade on one of the lamps, I could go on.....they advertise "breakfast" but said that wasn't available right now b/c of renovations and yet I did not see any renos happening. BIG Disappointment and scary. Very sketchy. Book somewhere else!

The bathroom is filled with mold, the bed is on wood and it leans, the room smells funky, the wifi is trash, your service drops, you'd have to place your phone out the window for reception. The floors are thin. Only good thing, you receive your deposit back right away. DO NOT STAY THERE, ONLY IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE, IT'S DEFINITELY NOT A PLACE FOR FAMILY EITHER. GOOD LUCK

I made a reservation for 2 nights at this hotel, lets just say that this picture does not represent the hotel itself, building its very run down to say the least. I booked the hotel for 2 nights and stayed for 10 minutes. The room smelled like smoke, room is old, run down and the hotel looks sketchy. I also got charged on my credit card although I didn't stay, now I am dealing with phone calls and emails to get my money back. Just go somewhere else,

There was nothing to like my money was already spent and didn't have choice but to stay, went to the mall to buy a sheet set was not sleeping on that bed with that stuff on there at all. The pictures of this hotel looks nothing like the place, first its in a run down area of Scarborough, it have a old drug dealing feel to the darkness of the hotel plus it was mad older looking dudes hanging around the lobby which didn't help with the look of the place, TV wouldn't work unless I used my hand to turn it on, had the clerk do a walk through of the little room with me and was like wow this is a big difference from online, I haven't been to Canada in a couple years so I didn't realize the change of some areas this hotel was a dump. When my family found out we was staying there they got us a room at another hotel smh that how bad it was.

When I made reservations it indicated that a continental breakfast was provided in the morning,only to find out on arrival that this was not so.In the room behind the furniture was dirty.The furniture was missing parts as if i they found the desk and table at the side of the road

Jamais vu un hôtel aussi sale

Abominable! Nous ne sommes pas resté. Je n’aurais jamais pu faire dormir mes enfants dans un endroit pareil. Sale, vétuste, pas du tout comme sur les photos, clientèle douteuse.. Du reste, le réceptionniste était vraiment gentil et a été très compréhensif face à notre refus.

Très mauvaise expérience. Cheveu dans la douche, matelas taché, pas de détecteur de fumée, un trou Dans le plafond au lieu du détecteur de fumée, le tapis était sale. 2 serviettes seulement pas de débarbouillette ni de serviette à main. La poussière et du sable étaient incrustés dans le bois en dessous de la fenêtre, les lampes étaient degueulasses. Le porte serviette était presque arraché et le calorifère dans la sale de bain était aussi dégueulasse. La cour était vraiment sale avec plein de cochonneries... De plus, le déjeuner n’était plus compris depuis trois ans. De toute façon, je n’aurais jamais mangé à cet endroit. Nous avons discuté avec un couple, leur chambre était aussi pire que la nôtre. Je peux vous faire parvenir des photos. Si je n’étais pas arrivé à 22:30 hres à cet endroit, c’est sûr que je n’aurais pas couché là... j’en ai encore mal au cœur... j’aimerais bien obtenir un dédommagement . Et il serait bon pour vous de ne plus inscrire cet hôtel sur votre site. Et le tout, pour 100.00 quelques dollars!!!

The outside was filthy. Bad first impression. It got worse when we went inside. The guy at the front desk didn’t speak or u serstand english too good. It took 15 minutes to get checked in. Out toom was dirty and smelled musky as we had a room in the basement(!!). It was like staying in a dungeon. They had a air conditioning unit on a shelf that was used to cook the room. The carpets were dripping wet underneath it from the condensation. Very bad place to stay at.
