Pros: -The room is clean. -Staff are friendly and accommodating. -Breakfast is decent/ good for its price (at least compared to the other hotel we stayed at). -Location is great - within walking distance to Union stations/ restaurants/ CF Toronto Eaton Centre. Cons: -There is only one elevator available. It is very slow and makes a loud noise. During our stay, it broke down and guests have to use the emergency stairs. (At least the hotel offered service to help carrying the luggage down during check-out, but it was still an inconvenience having to climb up the stairs after a long day exploring Toronto) -Minimum amenities (no water bottle, no toothbrush/ toothpaste, shower cap, etc.) The only amenities available are: shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner -Not much space available in the bathroom for you to put your stuff on. -We don't mind it, but some people might find the room a bit dark.

Worst hotel and service ever. After paying $652 for 2rooms, they offered me small tiny room with smelly room. They changed one room into king and 1 into 2queen rooms after my long arguement. Not totally satisfied!!!

The rooms are tiny (although the deluxe King is okay, the size of a regular room anywhere else), but the price is good for downtown and it is incredibly conveniently located, right on the subway and walkable to Union Station, the conference centre, Rogers Centre, etc. Be prepared for a dark room with a view of a brick wall though.
