Housekeeping could have been better. They missed cleaning our room on one of the 4 days we were there ..and another day did not replentish all of or towels.

The property was in a great location. Across the parking lot to the Vaughan Hills Outlet Mall. It was convenient to get to the freeway as well. I also liked the decor. All around the hotel there was trash that didn’t get cleaned up at all during my 6-day stay. I also had an ant problem in my room with no food. The hallway smelled like cigarettes.

My room was not ready at check in time. Finally ready afrer 5pm. I was at the hotel at check-in time at 3pm. Other then that everything was fantastic.

Stayed here for one night and absolutely loved it! The layout is great from the parking to the lobby. It was my easiest check-in experience and the location is perfect for shopping in Vaughan. It's literally next to the mall and all the fun activities. The room was clean and really beautiful. My family and I were very pleased with our stay. 10/10 would recommend 👍

Great place for a girls night. The pool was smaller than expected but the temp was great. And in hotel restaurant didn’t have a long of options. Room was very comfortable

Location was good for what I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, for what I needed was great. Could be great for families due to the closeness to Canada’s Wonderland. The area is definitely up and coming. Minimal public transportation options, definitely need a car. Minimal dining options.
