"Perfect hotel for our needs. Next door to a ski hire shop and immediately opposite the Kitanomine gondola. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. They run a free shuttle service on demand to local restaurants, but there are also several good eateries in walking distance. The hot chocolate was delicious (dark chocolate melted in hot milk). Very friendly and efficient staff. A great stay altogether. "

Japanese never asks for tips and they did a lot of extra service for you like book a taxi or recommend good dining places. Room is extremely clean and bed is very comfortable.
