"Very nice place and location. Staff very attentive. They helped in every way possible. A short walking distance to Grass Market and the Royal Mile. I would stay there again and again! They have elevators/lifts."

"Children allowed in the bar area in the evening, unlike many pubs. Room was clean and modern, but musty smelling, and the lack of shower closure means water gets on the floor of the washroom. The heating/cooling system made incessant clicking noise when turned on, no matter what temp setting, so we avoided having it on overnight, because it would have kept us from sleeping."

"This hotel is exactly as it is online..beautiful. The check in staff could not be more helpful. But If including breakfast, be prepared to wait and not necessarily welcomed or helped!! Gym facilities great and very clean. Would go back in a heartbeat. "

"Corridor to rooms needed a refurbishment. Bathroom let the room down. No Plug in sink, no hand wash next to sink. Two shampoos in shower, no body wash. Bed covers not sufficient. Too short. When you turned over the covers came off your body."
