Overall the stay was good. There was some grime and what appeared to be dried toothpaste in the bathroom. The lady at the front desk who checked us in had a very unwelcoming attitude, the night clerk as well. The bed was comfy.

When I checked in, the front desk made a mistake which resulted in several hundred dollars being charged to my credit card, instead of just a charge for incidentals. I’m currently waiting for those charges to fall off as we speak. The room was clean, but the entrance to it had a bad smell; that of body odor and urine. It was faint and mostly by the door to the room. The bathroom smelled the worst of body odor, as if someone was hitting the gym all day and then drying off with the shower curtain. The staff were friendly though, and patient with me. The hotel restaurant served tasty food, too.

Thank you for your detailed comments, our apologies with billing details as we received the paperwork from Expedia after check in. The hold typically take 2-3 days for credit cards and 4 to 5 business days for debit card. we also want want apologize for the room odor as that should not happen on our part.

This stay was not up to the Holiday Inn standard of the past. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so any shower fogged up everything. The shower diverter was stuck halfway between shower and tub so both were insufficient and on first use sprayed the floor. The Bistro Eclipse Special at $13 was less lacking in comparison to the free breakfast at Hampton Inn the night before.

Hotel was clean. And the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the noise. We had a room on the 3rd floor and we could hear noise from the fitness room very early. beeping noises from the equipment and weights dropping on the floor

Just to start we found out that the breakfast opens at 7:00 AM, which we were informed at check in and not when adding on to our stay so $20.00 out the window as we had to leave at earlier then that. Next we reserved two queen beds to o my have to full size beds I asked the woman in the morning she said oh yes those are queen beds as I use the sheets for my house ???

Thank you for your stay. We are sorry you were unaware breakfast service in restaurant starts at 7AM on weekends as stated on the Expedia online where the reservation originated from. Please contact Expedia customer service as they can issue a refund for the breakfast portion as that was not used. Our bedding was replaced after covid with Simmons Beautyrest Line, and they assured us these are Queens. This is also first time we had a guest challenge size during this time. I apologize for inconvenience.

The room was updated and very clean. The staff were very professional and friendly. Great restaurant with excellent food. We have stayed here multiple times through the years and have never had any issues.

Friendly customer service. Comfortable bed. The service in the restaurant called Saba's Bistro was very good too. Convenient place to have dinner after a full day on the road.
