2/10 Terrible

"My room was filthy. Dirty bedsheets and blankets with stains. Bathroom was awful dirty. Hideabed was missing. I was shown two other room just as bad even one that had a broken sink. Front desk staff admitted to Expedia agent the issues but said wasn’t approval person to give refund. Expedia attempted to reach approving manager who wouldn’t respond. Will be disputing thru credit card company. Left next morning of 4 scheduled nights. I’d have left that first night except I’d been traveling for 11 hours with a broken foot and was struggling in pain to walk anywhere."

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The front desk person who checked us in had a great personality and was very helpful. I think his name is Tim. He gave us a map with places to go for food and/or music and drinks. He had a great attitude and wanted to help in any way possible. The hotel restaurant was fantastic 👌. The food and drinks were excellent! I would definitely recommend this location!"

4/10 Poor

"As I walked through the doors, the lobby was musty smelling. The man behind the desk had a wrinkled shirt on, that he also had on the next day. The pool was dirty, I wouldn't swim. The room wasn't cleaned throughly. The light in the shower/toilet room went out. That will be the last time I stay at a comfort in."

"The room was spacious and relatively clean. The bathroom was large with an accessible shower. However, the water pressure was basically non-existent. I was glad I was only there for one night. The staff I interacted with was friendly and professional. The breakfast was towards the higher end of what you would expect for this price point."

Comfort Inn & Suites Maumee - Toledo (I80-90)

4/10 Poor

"First room we were assigned stank of fish, second room was moldy, third room was fine. All of the bed Pillows were half the size of a normal pillow. The pleather upholstery was missing from the in room chair. Hallways and main areas were dirty. Staff was helpful in with the unacceptable room situation. Next trip we will stay in a different hotel. There were many other hotel options in the area and good restaurant options nearby."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Rossford - Toledo South

6/10 Okay

"Room was clean enough. Windows had handprints all over them so obviously those weren't cleaned before we came. It was dusty and needs upgraded. Tv channels, hotel, etc. The pool was freezing but the jacuzzi was great. We got to use it for 2 days but by Friday night and Saturday it was overtaken by loud music, people smoking weed and cigarettes outside the door, and parents not controlling their children. The kids were play fist fighting. Breakfast was very minimal and not good. Staff was the best part. Very attentive, easy check in."
