I like my room cuz it’s wider enough to do my yoga. I didn’t like the bathroom. The shower head moves to the left or right instead at the center. Bath tub is not long enough to lay down straight with my 5’4” height. Bath tub drains is not deep enough to capture over flowing water. There were only 4 pages of memo on the side table. Obsolete coffee drip instead of pods.

There were not enough amenities for guest to use after paying such high amount of money. The pools was close and lounges. After paying such expensive pice but not opeing things and having things for guest to use was such disappointment. Also i mever stayed at a place were i have to pay extra tax and their own property and country tax when im just visit and not a resident. As i already paid the tax on my end when purchasing and yet again fuing my stay was unbelievable. The rooms were was to small, had no room to out our luggages.

I was unfamiliar with the area but I needed an inexpensive room for my last night in Japan. The room was a great value, with excellent grounds and an amazingly helpful and professional staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. I highly recommend the hotel.

One of the best hotel’s I’ve ever stayed at. All around it is a great hotel - from the staff, to the amenities, views, and their Garden is amazing. Truly didn’t disappoint

We paid $220/night for our room and it came with very basic cheap stuff. The AC can't be adjusted so we ended up sleeping with thr window opened and didn't have a good sleep because of the noise and heat. I tried to translate the note by the AC and it said something like “Just have heat in the winter”. We stayed at another hotel in Asakusa before and didn't have this issue. Not to mention that it was cheaper and nicer.

Twin room on Club Floor on 15F delighted with comfortable beds, convenient outlets, an easy-to-use thermostat (we find Japanese hotel rooms overheated so just like to turn off the heat) and an outdoor balcony that gave us fresh air and a high, quiet city view. Lobby is beautifully appointed, there is a Lawsons adjoining, and a 7-11 that was ~3 blocks away when I needed a 5am jet lag snack. Shinagawa Station was down the hill ~ 6 blocks away. Staff were helpful and attentive. Use of the spa until 10:30pm walking through the beautiful garden was the real bonus. It was too cold (March) for the outdoor pool to be in use but I could see that being a big plus.

Conveniently located close to the train station, this hotel has good size rooms. The room itself looked very old and it felt it really needed to be renovated. Front desk staff was not flexible when asked for an extra hour for checking out.

Room was very outdated. Room was extremely hot and no ac, when i enquired about it they said to just open the door. Bedding was dusty. The bell hope was extremely nice and helpful along with the front doorman, very helpful and pleasant. Front desk not so friendly or helpful.

We really had a relaxing time. The staff were helpful and patient. We had the in room massage which is the best I’ve ever had. Restaurant was a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Tokyo.

It takes 10 to 14 minutes to get to nearest rail transport.. a little far for Tokyo hotels I am used to.. I come to Japan often.. On a positive easy access to Haneda Airport as compared to Narita.. Also cheaper going to Haneda Airport on taxi and allot cheaper.. 5000 to 6000 yen ($33-$40) Narita is about 18000 to 27000 yen ($120-$180).. This is good value when you first arrive and depart if you do not want to take the rail with allot of luggage..

We had a triple room and it was very spacious (especially after staying in much smaller spaces in Shinjuku and Osaka). The bathroom definitely needs updating but was functional. The room was comfortable but also is ready for a general update. We liked the convenient location, close to Shinagawa station and the local restaurants.

Staff were very helpful. Room temperature was 25 deg C when we arrived and remained at that temperature for the 2 days we spent there. Staff did bring up an air conditioner the first night which helped with sleep. Walking distance to subway and restaurants. Very reasonable nightly rate.

Pros: The lobby, front desk, bell desk, and 7-11 inside the hotel were wonderful. The location was very quiet, around other hotels, and up a hill from Shinagawa station. The hotel itself was beautiful and we never waited more than 5 seconds for an elevator even though we were on a high floor. We had a balcony that had a gorgeous view of the sunrise. There was enough space with our queen beds, desk, sitting area, and closet for 5 suitcases, a bagpack, and 2 large purses. We also had no problem opening and closing our bags. There was a little rolly cart in the bathroom that made it easy to store items. Cons: If you are tired from travelinig the whole day, the walk up the hill from the train station may leave you winded. I was okay, but my travel partner had to stop a few times. It's a trek from one of the older towers to the train station because you need to go down to the lobby, walk through the hotel then through the passage way, walk or take an elevator down a floor then walk down to the street. If you are good with navigation that isn't difficult, but if you are not great with navigation this takes some getting accustomed to. We most have gotten an older room so the bathroom had seen better days. Overall, We felt very safe, calm, and relaxed during the whole stay. We look forward to booking this hotel again if it's in our price range.
