"Toilet extractor fan barely works. Windows cannot be opened rooms are very stuffy and bathrooms smell due to poor circulation. Staff very helpful. Location is great. Rooms are below average having travelled all across Japan in this trip. Bar breakfast area overpriced and limited choices. They could provide more clothes storage area, they provided us with 3 hangers."
