The property is right by the water, staff was very friendly. Room was nice and clean and had plenty of amenities. Overall a fair place to stay.

I booked this room to stay with my son, I felt extremely unsafe at this property, there was multiple homeless people hanging around outside and coming out of the bushes by my room. The room was dilapidated, run down, dirty and smelled absolutely horrible. My check in was sub standard as I was told to pick up my key at the pub. I walked into the room, looked around, took some pictures and I made the decision to go book a room somewhere else. I am extremely upset that I wasted $420 on this disgusting room. I want a refund!!

Hotel in Ucluelet.
The building should be demolished. There was mould in the tub, a badly stained toilet and a stain on the carpet in front of. One bed. We got a refund and went elsewhere. You obviously don’t vet what you promote. The place is unsafe.

This is no resort. It was old and run down. Dirty room, bed linen, bathroom and with paint peeling off the ceiling. We only booked this last minute because our large group needed an extra place to stay for 4 people. 2 of our group got bitten by BED BUGS, which we have pictures. I called the office when we left to report this and the manager didn’t bother to return my call. DO NOT STAY here even if it is free!!!! The booking was through Expedia and they were no help either.

We booked two days through Expedia. The pictures are touched up and very outdated. The room we were provided smelled like mold, old cigarettes and rotton meat. My wife and I wouldn't even stay the night. The beds were infested with something (bed bugs?) but we couldn't even stay an hour, we returned the keys promply went the Ukee Peninsula motel. This place should be condemed. Please don't waste your money.
