I loved everything about this property, except.... Our room was fabulous, on the 4th floor with high ceilings. Everything was amazing until we went for a hot tub... one was closed, the other was tiny, and very old. It was a real let down after the fabulous building, amazing room, great food..... and then the hot tub.... real disappointment. Seen bigger, more updated at my local swimming pools. But I would definitely go again! Beatiful place, amazing staff and super rooms!

The overall stay was excellent and the room was very spacious and well appointed. There is no way to beat the location One issue I noted is that the bathroom and shower stall floor were not properly mopped, and were dirty enough to leave black towels, feet, and socks. The rest of the room was immaculate

This was our first time staying at Blackrock resort and it didn't dissapoint! Our view was beautiful and the room was very clean. The hot tub was great. Only complaint is that we couldnt get the fireplace in our room working even after following the instructions from the staff. Overall very happy with our stay and will be back! :)

I will not delete from this content. Hotel services were great. Food was excellent. Staff were very helpful Outdoor pool is definitely a plunge pool and all pools are uninviting in the winter. Do not under any circumstances book this hotel with Expedia. Their systems are sub par and are unable to manage information in Canadian dollars.

You can tell they haven’t put any money into this place in years. Food was great in lounge! However, super disappointed in condition of hot tubs. Wouldn’t step foot into this cesspool!

Room appliances should be updated. The dishwasher didn’t work, the fridge was super cold and froze all our food including the vegetables which we then had to throw out because they were ruined. Then on the last day the freezer started to leak. There was no dial on the fridge or freezer so there was nothing we could do. The element took forever to reach a hot enough heat to cook food. Overall experience was good, everyone was friendly & helpful - but the appliances should be updated for the amount of money people are spending to stay.

Staff was spectacular! Views are better than Avatar and they treated our very large dogs like royalty. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice place, but it's the little things...
lovely hotel...very comfortable, nicely appointed, stunning view, staff was helpful. As a person with a temporary mobility disability, parking was a huge issue. An unfortunate power outage left me on the 3rd floor with all my gear, and no elevator in my wing as it was knocked out and not brought back on line. A sign on the elevator door with directions would have been helpful. The hotel could use some input from disabled people with how to deal with issues.
