"The apartment was in a great location for exploring the old town. We took the Mini Metro up from the parking area Nicola recommended and then just a short walk to the rental. The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. Nicola was very helpful and responsive."

"This is a very nice apartment in a great location with many great restaurants, bars, ice-cream places within a minute walk. It's large, light, clean and has a well-appointed kitchen. Bathrooms were also modern and clean. The host is very friendly, and left us alone while we were there. We would certainly like to stay here again next time."

"We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. "Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful.
