The location was very neat UNTIl we tried to fall asleep. There was a considerable amount of noise from the road and nearby parking lot. Loud trucks drove to the cruise ship area at all hours. We had a smoke alarm that decided to chirp in the middle of the night. Maintenance was not available so I was able to get a battery from the front desk and changed it myself. Very nice staff and the location is great for dining and shopping. Everything is well within walking distance. The room and grounds were clean other that a few things that were left in the hallway. Would stay here again but with ear plugs.

"The hotel manager (so sorry I forgot her name) was working in the restaurant that day bc they had a few people call it. It was quite busy. But she was cool and did an excellent job tending to us. She is a real asset to the hotel"
