"The St Ives is a really family friendly hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The kids entertainment was very good. "Clearly bought over from another chain, this IBIS is a bit different to most I’ve stayed in (eg in London). But we had a warm welcome despite a very late checkin, the room was clean & well presented, everything worked and the beds were comfy. Tasty breakfast too. The spa wasn’t overly busy, and the rain stayed away long enough to really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzis and enjoy a nice cold beer.
