"It seemed like a campsite. Checkin was at the restaurant which was kids running around screaming EVERYWHERE. Room wasn’t ready so we waited a few hours and ate. Food I will say was delicious!! It’s on the water - or lack there of. More mud and not a pretty sight. Our room was in the very back and no one offered to help with our bags. Then it was up maybe 20 stairs. Hot. Room was basic. "I’ve travelled Thailand extensively and this is one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The description dates that there’s a bar and restaurant, this doesn’t exist. There was no water on arrival. No information given at the desk at all. If I had known to walk along the beach ten meters then I would have went to a neighbouring restaurant and saved myself a trek back to the main road. "Room was of good quality and very clean (better than some others on the island). It was nice to have a deck with table, and small sink/hanging space. The pool was small but clean and suitable. The gardens are well kept, and it's peaceful, yet so close to the centre of town. The downsides were: not the best bed, and the restaurant/sitting area is closed down, we could have done with either a kitchenette to access or microwave to heat food. "This was a good mid tier resort to stay at. The property is beautiful. Beach front dining. Food was not that great but edible. You can get better food just a walk away. The rooms were good, except for the last couple of day we were there, but that’s not a bad thing. Staff were nice, on the ball. All requests were answered promptly. I personally would not stay here again, since there are many other resorts I would like to visit. "

"Overall was a good place, close enough to walk from pier. Only issue I had was they couldn’t find my two bookings. Eventually got a room but lucky my friend was delayed and couldn’t make it to this portion of the trip. Would stay again. "

"A nice new hostel, everything's in good shape. The owner and workers are very kind. The beds are comfortable an de there are good showers. There's a nice area on the main floor to hang out/ play pool and meet others staying at the hostel. It gets a bit hot in the rooms during the day because they turn of fun the air conditioning, but I guess you don't really want to be hanging out in the rooms during the day anyway."

"Me and my friends took the full moon party package which organize everything. Taxis, complimentary food, drinks, tours of island and scuba diving all included plus pre party on full moon. Everything was amazing and made so easy for us!"
