"Great location. Only a ~10 min walk from Fira's "center" for shopping/eating. Benefit of having privacy, avoiding tourists constantly walking by if you book a room on the cliffs."

"There was no hot water. Place smelt like sewer. You can NOT get ice. Breakfast is terrible. They only give 1 key so your room can not keep AC on which means all your drinks in your fridge get hot and cold. Disgusting. Pool was very clean."

"Was a nice property. Not my typical choice but the view made up for it. Lots of steps but the pool and my friend that ran the pool bar was AMAZING He made my whole trip. Was not a far walk to town but I'd prefer one a bit closer but all in was nice."

"The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Unit 12 was quite outdated and could benefit from some renovations; however, it did offer a great view, which was a definite highlight. We asked if it was possible to move to another room, but were told that nothing else was available. Also, be prepared to climb a fair number of steps, Overall, the excellent staff and beautiful view made for a pleasant stay, despite the dated room accommodations."

"We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel has the best view of the sunset, and our room had an amazing view of the sea. The hotel is located in Fira, right close to restaurants and coffee shops. The location is perfect. I would like to thank George and Silvia for making our stay so special. They are very kind and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, but we were mainly outside and would only return to the room for sunset :-) and then to sleep. Special thanks to Silvia for the delicious daily breakfast. The only comment I have regarding our room is the bathroom. It is small, and perhaps there is room for improvement with a renovated, more modern bathroom and shower. I would also like to thank Donna, the hotel manager. My daughter forgot her gold necklace in the hotel and realized it after we had left and arrived in Athens. We contacted the hotel, and I believe Silvia and George found her necklace and kept it safe until we arranged for a courier. Donna was very responsive and communicated with us promptly throughout the process of arranging pickup and delivery. I would like to thank you all for your help."

"I had sent messages through the Hotels.com app requesting an airport pickup, but unfortunately did not receive any response and had to make my own travel arrangements. The arrival experience could be improved with a warmer welcome, such as offering a welcome drink or water, especially considering the property’s cliffside location. Other than this, the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The property itself is excellent, with comfortable rooms, stunning views, and well-maintained facilities. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience."
