"Nice little place. Owner lives there and vacates for guests. Place needs a deep clean. Checking in was a challenge, and address is only given out very close to check in day. The constant messages with instructions on how to vacate was OTT. We felt like we were an intrusion. However, David was quick to reply to any message."

"This three-bedroom apartment is comfortable and cosy and centrally located in Perth. The kitchen is well equipped and in working order. We were happy and comfortable during our stay there. Annabelle, the host was prompt and helpful before and throughout our stay. Thank you."

We arrived at the apartment address advertised only to find a derelect block of units completely rundown and not inviting at all. We had no idea which unit number it was anyway. I called to let "Stayz" know and they could not contact the host either. We were left with nowhere to stay and are waiting for a...

"Following a warm welcome by Vivien and her 2 dogs, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this homely apartment which has all the amenities plus nice extra touches, eg. small vase of flowers. Chris and Vivien are most obliging, and the outside garden area is delightful."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. Everything was exactly as described. The Beach view was idyllic, the apartment was big and comfortable. 2 Bathrooms (1 en-suite) helps make such a difference. The apartment had everything you need - Towels, linen, pots, pans, crockery, Fridgefreezer, oven, microwave, washer, dryer etc etc. A welcome bottle of wine was also a lovely touch and gratefully received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and would stay again for sure."

"Location, Kitchen, washing machine, quietness and roominess were pluses. Shower water temperature was hard to control. We ended up putting hot water in containers to use when water turned cold. Definitely would stay here again."

"Beautiful large apartment next to golf courses surrounded by winery’s. The staff are lovely however the cafe could provide higher quality food and they’ve missed a trick not serving local wines. The kangaroos all over the place made it a special place for us to stay."
