The room was tiny compared to what we are used to in the States, but the balcony made up for it! The staff was so helpful and kind. Kevin at the front desk stole our hearts! The front desk staff were very helpful whenever we had a question. Also it had effective air conditioning, which we were so grateful for, as our visit coincided with a heat wave with temperatures in Paris in the lower to mid thirties. The hotel is tucked away in a side street close to Opera with plenty of bars, shops, restaurants near by. Good transport links to the metro and bus. Also walkable to major sites sites like the Louvre, Notre Dame, Left Bank. Room was a good size for two and the bathroom had everything you needed. They are renovating parts of the hotel and we stayed in a recently renovated room that was spacious and clean with robes, towel warmer and Nespresso machine. "The place does not reflect the price.., over priced! There were 2 elevators, one was broken our entire visit which made it difficult going to our room. We had jack hammers, demolition, happening above us. The manager was very gracious in placing us in a different room. All in, I was disappointed ..."
