"This is a lovely little Band B. Carla our host didn’t speak any English but she went out of her way to please us. It is basic but it met our needs for a fantastic price. Clean and comfortable bed. "As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. Chef cooked two yummy dinners for us. Also glad we ordered villa owner’s olive oil and red wine. Short drive to major Umbrian sights. However, we recommend you go for lunch in nearby Sangemini for better Italian restaurants and atmosphere. Be sure you’ve well understood directions to villa since GPS misguided couple of us."
