Great location, poor accommodation
There are some good things about these apartments, but the bad outweighs the good. The good: - they are centrally located in a lively part of town. Bus station, beaches, bars and restaurants are close. - staff are friendly and when I reported a problem with the lights in my room sorted it out immediately. - though the rooftop pool is small, it's a lovely place to settle with good views. The bad: - extremely uncomfortable, lumpy mattresses. - neither air conditioning nor a fan. - patchy cleaning: while the cleaners do the bathroom and bed, there was lots of dust on the floors - thin walls mean a lot of noise from neighbours - very visible lack of maintenance and investment. eg my first set of sheets had cigarette burn holes in them It's very dated, from the mattresses that feel like they're older than I am, through the chunky CRT TVs that you haven't been able to buy for several decades to the patched up furniture. This could be a great place, but it feels like it hasn't had any investment in decades, and boy it shows.

The apartment was great, the cleaning and housekeeplng was fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble the staff made our stay amazing!! This is the second time we have stayed here and are definitely coming again! You can walk to loads of places and the reception are so very helpful - they booked taxis and were just great!!!

Excellent location! The hotel could do with updating but was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was cheap and I think you get what you pay for. There is a lovely rooftop pool.puerta de la Cruz is a lovely vibrant town. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Disappointing experience
Room was dark, cold and noisy. Both external street bar noise late at night and internal plumbing noise and cleaners from early morning. Not as expected based on website photos of sunny balconies in a pedestrian square.

Tenerife vacation
I stayed in this hotel for six nights recently. The room size was huge, I liked the kitchen at it included in oven and stove too. My only complaint is that the TV didn’t work, and it did not have a microwave oven. Other than that I would’ve given it a perfect score.It is a very good value for the price.

Comfortable accommodation, centrally located
The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Pool area is quiet with no screaming children. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, along with free parking a few minutes walk away. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is my second stay and I will go again.

The apartments were very close to the town centred there were many bars, restaurants and shops nearby - it did get a bit noisy at night, but it was Carnival Week. It wasn't too far from the beach, there is a rooftop pool and the weather was glorious for February.

Great for crashing during Carnaval but beds had plastic sheets on and the beds where not sturdy. No bouncing! Cannot get a car to front of hotel to off load.

Two week stay before Xmas. The hotel was good value for money, slightly worn around the edges, but perfect for the bargain price. Self catering facilities were adequate for preparing basic food, which made for a cheap break. As is typical in Spain, everything was very clean, and the maid service faultless. We had a side room, with a large terrace. Staff were professional and courteous. The immediate vicinity is a little touristy, (restaurants) but fine, and slightly more bohemian a short walk away. Parking no problem a few minutes walk away, either around the corner, or along the coast. Felt safe. Car recommended to tour the Island (cicar). Will happily return, but might be busier in high season.Seems particularly popular with Germans. Recommended if on a budget.

Another good stay at the Florida Plaza. Good value accommodation. Close to bus station and easy walk to playa jardin beach and plaza de charco. Take your own kettle as not provided.Studio facilities 2 rings and oven. Cutlery basic .

Nice hotel quite close to beach
Pueto Dr last crude is a lovely and very friendly place to stay with plenty of restaurants to cater for all tastes. Lori park is a must visit on you're stay and also Siam water April they are amazing. This was my third year there and I will be returning next year.

Location is amazing for travelers !
I often stay here when visiting puerto due to its location . The rooms are not modern and lack and major comforts .the couches are uncomfortable and perhaps a darker colour would have been better due to stains showing . The beds are comfortable but missing a quilt , instead there is a bed throw which I know are not changed after each visit and linen covers . You can also Use a wooden blanket in room again not sure these Are changed after each visit. The hotel is basic and I would recommend asking for a front room over plaza and not the side rooms . Mine was opposite a music school who sounded like a soundtrack for a sience fiction film from 20 hours until 24 hours ! Big brass band very loud and noisy !

You get what you pay for .... however the room I had did not match the description e.g. no sofa in room as pictured. Also handle on oven was broken and tv did not work. T.v. not an issue as on holiday, But would still have expected it to work. It is ok as a base for a cheap week away but not for any longer.

Perfect location. Close to all amenities.
A couple's one week stay. It was lovely. Area of Puerto De La Cruz is very local and not over populated with tourists. The hotel staff had perfect English and all of the shop, bars and restaurant staff had some English but not fluent which was a plus for us. It gave us the chance to learn a few words of Spanish and not feel like we had never left Ireland. All in all a great place. We hope to return next year and bring my partners 9 year old son with us.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR HERE. WOULD HAVE EXPECTED THE OVEN TO WORK [ALONG WITH THE SMOKE ALARM] THOUGH! NOT GOOD FOR NON SMOKING GUESTS, EVEN THOUGH THE MANAGEMENT SIGN SAYS 'THERE IS NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THESE PREMISES', NOT EXACTLY BACKED UP BY THE ABUNDANCE OF ASH TRAYS IN ROOMS AND PUBLIC PLACES.

Central to all amenities.
For such a hilly terrain the position of the hotel was excellent for my requirements. Being elderly the easy walk from the hotel to the quayside was exactly what I needed. My only regret was that my room did not have a balcony which is very important to me as I like to rest in the pm getting as much fresh air as possible. On possible future visits it would be a priority for me to have a balcony.

Good hotel if you want to be in the centre of town
Well presented hotel inside. Good level of cleanliness and staffing. Nice roof terrace and swimming pool. Surprisingly quiet place to sit in the daytime. Pool attendant who tested water quality daily. Kitchenette better equipped than some. Centre of town near to bars and shops. However what looks like a private plaza in the photos is actually a public space open to the street and the exit point for those using the large private car park under the hotel which is not open to guests. There was no hotel parking and street parking was difficult. Had to leave car 400 to 600m away, bit of a concern with a hire car. We were mother and adult daughter visiting in early March.

Good value for money hotel
These apartments are great for what you pay. No it's not five star accomodation but you are not charged a five star price either. Yes the rooms are basic but they had everything we needed. No kettle but a saucepan you could use to boil the water for a cuppa. Studio rooms have no balcony but we just moved the settee and coffee table in front of the French window and this served just as well as the balconies on the upper floors. Bathroom was large and modern, shower fine, nice big mirror. Kitchen area was small but we didn't do any cooking. 2 single beds very comfy with small bedside table. Nice big wardrobe and large mirror above the dressing table plus a full length one inside the wardrobe door. Plenty of drawer space. Plenty of lighting. In the evenings there is live music in the bar which you can hear from your room which goes on until 10.30pm we found it quite enjoyable but it may not be to everyone's taste. Good blackout curtains and not too much noise in the mornings. The roof top pool was fairly small but the area had enough sun loungers spread over 2 levels. There was always a life guard on duty but pool did shut at 6pm this is when we lost the sun behind the mountains anyway so would be too cold to swim. Just outside the hotel are all the bars, restaurants and shops which lead to the main square where there was usually live music being played where people would start dancing. Plenty of walks close by. Plenty of choice of restaurants, Spanish, Chinese, Indian, American
