Trip to Texas to dog competition.
Place is pretty run down and expensive for what you get. I guess because it’s an extended stay. Also pet fee was very high for a short stay.

Ok hotel
The beds were comfortable. The rooms were nice. It just wasn’t very clean. The carpet smelled like dog pee. They never came and cleaned or changed the towels. I think we had a used towel hanging on the back of the door when we got there. Maybe they just don’t clean your room at a residence inn while you stay? I probably would not stay there again.

Quiet, comfortable
The first room given to us was near the side door entrance, with lots of traffic. The front desk staff was very accommodating in giving us another room far from traffic, ice makers and elevators. Thank you! The room was comfortable, large TV with lots of options, great shower, and comfortable bed. We were here in August and the a/c worked amazingly well given that it was over 110 degrees heat index! If I have to stay in Temple, this was a good choice.

We have family in Belton and this is always the choice for our visit. The hotel is consistently clean and the rooms spacious. We don't utilize the kitchen facilities, other than the refrigerator, so I can't speak to the adequacy of the supplies or other appliances.

Make sure to put a do not disturb outside!
Everything was going okay until the cleaning lady scared us early our last morning by opening our door. We were deep asleep since my son had two late games the night before. I called the front desk and she apologized and said that since we didn't answer her knock (which we did not hear) it was okay for her to open the door. This was at 9AM when the check out is at noon! We had a 7 hour drive home and wanted to rest.

Great place to stay in Temple!
We were in for a family event. Always find Residence Inn comfortable and clean. Bathroom was dated and lighting was dim, otherwise a great stay. Breakfast was very good!

Needed to stay near a hospital for a few days to visit a family member. This hotel was conveniently located close by, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nice breakfast included. I’d stay here again.

Old, dirty, dated...the arms of the chairs in the lobby are all worn and filthy. Trash bags in the hallways for days. No cleaning staff or toilet paper..I cannot Believe it has a Marriott brand.

Front desk rep was away for a while. I waited about 15 mins before I could check in. It was very noisy around the room. Guest above was very loud and it was easy to hear others outside around the room.

There was no on at the desk when we arrived. We had checked in online earlier but waited to get our key. The front desk attendant was unfriendly & unwilling to help us with our request. Our room smelled like smoke, the bed looks like it's been slept in & there was something nasty on the toilet. We would've gone to another hotel if one had been available.
