Mr. Ralph,I am very sorry about what happened. I'm the manager and I am the one who you spoke to this morning. And as I mentioned to you, we are taking this very seriously. As soon as you mentioned this to me, I went up to the room and inspected everything you mentioned to me. I made sure the grab bar is secure and sturdy, I checked the floor to make sure the anti-slip application is not worn out, and the shower curtain rod is secure. I immediately put the room out of order to get all of these issues addressed and I informed you about them also. So I'm not sure why you feel I did not take it seriously. I was already typing up an incident report, as this is our common practice after something like this occurs, when you came to ask me for one. And after I gave you the report, you mentioned that you had the water running with the tub stopper in place which caused the tub to fill up with about 2 inches of water. I believe this may have been the reason why you slipped. We have never had this happen at our hotel; especially since we have the handle bars in each and every room. Nevertheless, I apologize again that this happened to you and re-assure you that we are taking this very seriously and taking all the necessary steps to address this issue.

Mr. Kevin,I am sorry you had a negative experience at our hotel. I assure you we did not take any of your belongings, especially a portable cooler that takes ice cubes and outputs cool air. We have had very loyal and trustworthy employees for years and never have issues with these types of accusations. I wish you safe travels wherever they may take you.
