"The property is modern and overall clean. The bars and food dont open until 5pm so not ideal especially when your on vacation. At night befor 10pm all the lights by common area and elevators are off so not safe and cant see. The outside of property had trash and the whole week trash was sitting there such as cups bags, etc by front entrance outside. The pool area is nice but the concrete tiles are loose so when you walk have to be careful they don't move. Staff are ok however we booked 8th high floor room they gave us room on and floor had to go back to desk to have that corrected. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable however not enough lighting in room & not enough closet space for clothes no dresser. Continental breakfast was ok subpar food cold not much variety over 6 days and bland. Staff not knowledgeable about area, restaurants, things to do and general questions was disappointed. Although location is nice close to airport wouldnt stay there again. Also PARKING GARAGE BUT COSTS $16 PER DAY ADDITIONAL they dont tell you that at booking!! And they hold $100 deposit they dont tell you that at booking."

"The staff was great and helped me when my reservation got cancelled. I was given a room but when we went to the room the door wouldn't work and we ended up having to go to the front desk a total of three times before we got assigned to another room. My nephew went with the staff to the new room then came back to me and told me he saw a creepy crawler and ran it by me first. I didn't have many options so I sucked it up and went into the room. Unfortunately that wasn't the only one. My nephew ended up smacking his foot against a not so great door stop bolted to the floor and the door frame to the bathroom was corroded and had sharp edges that could easily hurt someone. I was not comfortable staying there and if I'd had any other option I would have taken it."

"I always appreciate a complimentary hot breakfast included in the price of my room. This hotel had a plentiful spread with scrambled eggs, hot sausage patties, maybe hot potatoes, waffles with all the trimmings, bread for toast, cereals, yoghurt, several juices. Very nice."
