This is an older style property, decoration etc etc dated but that’s part of its charm. Rooms are extremely clean . The restaurant offers a range of food options including a bar area . Staff are excellent.A few minutes drive from the Main Street of Te Kuiti .

Stayed for one night at Panorama. Had all the facilities we required. We had dinner and drinks at the onsite restaurant which was lovely. Unfortunately the WiFi would only connect in the restaurant and not in our room - so may need a booster or something for this to connect in the rooms

Was a bit noisy as there was a birthday in the restaurant but as expected as we’re right next to reception, overall stay was great! Affordable and accommodating.

Panoramic views from room. Well equipped room but all quite dated. Shower head is very low and had to bend down to shower properly. Might be a more significant problem for taller guests. However, noted that refurbishment of some rooms was taking place during our stay. Close to Waitomo caves was a plus. Overall a good overnight stop.

This was a very pleasant place to stay! Very convenient with its Restaurant and breakfast available. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The only tricky bit was the bathroom. A very tiny handbasin which was very difficult to use without getting water all over the floor and the shower regulator was awkward because it was very old and when turning it the labels didn’t match the heat and cold! Had to be very careful.

We had a lovely clean unit. We got there late and they had turned on the heating and the electric blanket which we really appreciated as it was such a cold night. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be staying again. Its a bit dated but everything was so clean and the shower was a good pressure and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed in unit 16.. Poor ventilation shower door did not close properly and the shower head went all over the show.. Woke to the windows crying and the first hotel we've ever stayed at who did not provide drinking chocolate..

Hi Mark, thanks for your commentsYes the bathrooms are on the maintenance schedule...and we have been on builders wait list for a while !!! so when you stay again the bathrooms will have been upgraded :)

Usually the girls receive positive comments on being very happy and bubbly with great service. It was unfortunate you didn't book your room with twin beds and we were unable to change to suit, due to being fully booked.. Oh yes we do give out more WiFi vouchers.. you only have to ask .. hope you enjoyed the family function

Found the property in real need of an update. The rooms were OK but Our bed had a dead fly under the covers. Shower had water leaking out of the shower head. I am sure this place once was a great place but really needs some attention.

The motel was perfect for whta we needed - a one night stop. There was traffic noise and some late arrivals, but neither of these are the fault of the property.

It was old but ok, room stank and needed airing, i didnt expect flash. Bed was comfortable. Clean shower and toilet for an older place. Road in and around the property very steep and made harder cause the road falling apart, hope i dont get flat tyres from pot holes in driveway. Check in ok, but i feel the staff were not very friendly or very helpful.

Room was fine. Everything we needed was present. However the driveway needs some serious work as numerous potholes & uneven surface. Last here 3 years ago. Driveway was bad then.
