Beautiful hosts in David and Tatiana. A tranquil home away from home when you need that break,whether gor a day or longer. The service of continental breakfast the following morning was a real treat and a great way to end the stay.

One of the best B&Bs we’ve ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many. David and Tatianna, our hosts, we very kind, knowledgeable and lovely conversationalists. Our only regret … we didn’t stay longer The area has so much to offer easy a three day stay! And breakfast was exceptional … set us up well for a day of hiking.

Seascape provided us the perfect stay in Tauranga. The hosts were excellent and always available to provide suggestions. Additionally they were extremely accommodating to any requests. I will recommend Seascape to everyone I hear who will be visiting the area. They are a 15 on a 10 point scale.

This is a beautiful home with a lovely couple running it. There has been a lot of attention paid to all the details, and the breakfasts are fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and it is easy walking distance to some great restaurants.

Very comfortable, friendly and informative hosts in a quiet suburban location. Good breakfast and facilities. Closest place to eat was a 25 minute walk but very nice.

Wonderful hosts David & Tatiana, see to your every need. Top class comforts of heated rooms and clean white linen ensure a good night’s sleep. You had no idea what accommodation you had booked which you confirmed to me by saying I thought I had booked a Motel, we only wish you had of. We were given a friendly greeting by Dave , who then gave us an informative look around the facilities. The area was lovely and quiet ,being in a cul-de-sac and very close to many other things to do in Tauranga .In the morning the breakfast laid out was superb, with as much choice as any fine restaurant . It was great chatting to our hosts while having breakfast. I would recommend this as a place to stay when in the Bay of Plenty.

Kind host and clean room but we didn't enjoy staying there. we checked in around 3 pm, only checked parking and quick tour what available in there, didn't open our carrier yet. there was a limited time to use the lounge and dining room by 10 pm. when we arrived around 9 pm, all night off in the house. only entrance light turned on since it's the sensor. no lights on the stairs and no signs on the door. there are 4 white doors looked the same. we lost the direction and had trouble to find our room and dining room door. we were hurried to have take-out food in the kitchen bar since the dining table was set for the following day breakfast. there was no consideration for the clients. (or I'm bad to come back late time?). we had to stay in the compact room since there was not allowed to stay in the lounge after 10 pm. we felt stuck in the clean cell. we packed and left early morning before breakfast (scheduled 8 am). there was nor further expectation for us as our resting rhythm went wrong and was not a good condition to wait for the host. I called and checked out and cancelled the breakfast order around 7am. it depends on the client's routine, but unfortunately, it was no match for us in this journey.

Hello Anonymous, From the look on your husbands face on arrival you clearly had spent no time reading or understanding what type of accommodation you had booked, just looked at the glossy pictures and believed the entire place was yours. We are a Bed and Breakfast (3 rooms) operating in a private home (not a Motel or Hotel) which means we provide you with a Bedroom + ensuite and breakfast. Where in the description does it say there is a kitchen or dinning table for your use !!!. Typical of your type is the fact, you came out to eat your takeaways at 9:30pm, you gave no thought to all the other people who were already in bed asleep. There is an automatic light in the hall way, we would suggest you open your eyes and observe, might have also helped with your lack of orientation. Would suggest you stay in a Motel or Hotel with advertised kitchen facilities. Thankfully we have thousands of guests who did understand the accommodation they had booked and enjoyed their stay, unlike you Regards David and Tatiana
