Great property in a fab location

Amazing rental and great hosts
Clean apartment close to the mount, beach, and good restaurants. Beautiful view and all around great rental. Hosts were the best! Would definitely rent again if we come back to the area.

A good sized one bedroom apartment in a really convenient location. Super easy to walk to things and not have to worry about parking and traffic which is so much worse at the mount these days. A good experience utterly tainted by being abused by the owner upon checkout in the basement carpark. We were aggressively approached at our vehicle and accused of being dishonest and “cheating the system” in relation to our 2 year old who was in attendance with us. Upon review I may have omitted to specify she was with us and therefore be charged the minimal additional amount. If this was the case it was certainly an honest mistake made by a heavily pregnant guest trying to make a booking for a couple of days away with family before baby’s arrival. I would be more than happy for the error to be brought to my attention in a polite manner and I would rectify the mistake. The manner in which this was dealt with was nothing short of aggressive and rude and accusing. Further, she then insinuated that a 2 year old would cause wear and tear on property and as she would have found upon inspecting the property we left it absolutely fine. On this basis I would not recommend this property. Also - traffic noise is very loud at all hours from the apartment so bear that in mind.

Great location and super close to the beach, some eateries and the maunga. The apartment was modern and well appointed. An air conditioner in the living area as well as the bedroom would have been welcomed but it was an extremely hot summer and the swimming pool was a bit over heated so didn’t cool us down.

Lovely property kitchen full of everything you need to use. Amazing shower Did struggle a bit with remote for lounge tv but thst may have been the user would of liked to see what programmes were viewing without having to scroll thru them all. Have come home refreshed

Awesome location at the bar of the Mount. Large living area and good sizedbedroom. 2 pull out sofas if you had kids.. Had all the required amenities. Loads of towels. Everything you need. Great base to walk to places.. Thoroughly recommend.

Close to everything
We generally enjoyed our stay and love how close to the mount/beach and restaurants it is so thats a big plus. The condo was clean but the furniture was uncomfortable in the lounge area, the couches were very awkward to sit on and there’s no view of the ocean or river from inside. We also could hear the traffic going by and people racing by all day and until late evening. I know its not the owners fault, but just what we experienced. We have stayed in quite a few places in this area and love the beach here and the mount, so it was worth the couple of negatives.

Oasis of Calm
The property was lovely and relaxing. We were there for a competition and at the end of the day needed to relay which both the apartment and pool/spa facilitated nicely. My teenage son even sat on the balcony wit me and we people watched and talked (which never happens at home). Great family vibe to the place.

Fabulous stay at the Mount
My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 4 nights - it was perfect for our stay - clean, very well equipped, comfortable bed, shower great and wonderful to have access to pool and spa. Location perfect right by beach and restaurants within 2 minutes and loved hot pools directly across from apartments. Loved doing walk around the Mount every evening- perfect! We will be back

location is amazing everything thing is a very short walk. we had two kids with us 5 and 7 and location was key. the place was as per the photos very, clean and tidy and the descriptions were very clear. Hot pools across the road view of the mountain, casual walk down to the main street at night for a glass or two..... great short break!!

After sorting parking we arrived at our room which was tidy, spacious and had most of the necessities needed for a stay. Comfortable bed with multiple pillow options, plenty of towels and linen. Bathroom was basic but had what was needed. Pool was listed as usable but seemed to be covered over throughout our stay, but they may have been so because of the inclement weather and it was not really an issue, just what we noticed when looking around the site. Easy house rules and leaving instructions were clear and easy to follow. Hopefully next time we will have a sunny weekend to make the most of this brilliant location.

The apartment was in the best position for taking leisurely strolls, and it was beautiful to see the maunga every morning. Everything needed was supplied except for an extra rubbish bag. That’s the only petty negative I can come up with, oh and the tradies kept parking in the driveway, that was a pain. I think I may have left my gelato in the freezer?! My apologies for that! Overall I would definitely stay/book again. Thank you 😊

A lovely and roomy apartment,however,was really cold and only heatpump was in the bedroom.There was a small radiator on wheels to heat kitchen ,dining and lounge.Even with elements on on stove it took some hours to heat up.View from apartment was of a carpark across the road,thought there might have been a seaview.

This is a great apartment, very close to the Mount and all that is happening there. It's spacious with everything that you need at hand. The bed is comfortable. The property has some lovely touches, such as suitcase stands. It's definitely a place that we would look at again.

Beautiful unit
Lovely unit, centrally located with a great walking score. Get the best of both ocean worlds with a calm bay or a surf beach, both minutes walking distance away. Awesome hike around or up the mountain. Hot pools across the street when you need to rest those bones from any of the above. A little noisy from vehicle traffic however calms right down close to bedtime. Recommend for sure. Will stay again.
