Thanks for your feedback but the parking issue was just a simple misunderstanding. We meant you could park in the 2nd lane just outside Reception if you felt more comfortable than in the basement and not across the road. We did not lie to you as we were full that night. Some of the car parks in the basement are private and not for our guests which may help to explain the empty spaces. Hope to have you stay again.

Thank you for your feedback. Our staff did try their best to rectify the issue with the TV and it turns out that the issue was due to an external upgrade that we weren't aware of. We sincerely apologise for this. We hope to have you stay again so you can completely enjoy your time with us.
