Very spacious and clean apartment. I was surprised with how well the place was laid out. Everything you need. Even a BBQ on the patio to use.

Great view of the ocean from our suite, walking distance to the beach and a small row of shops. Only 5ish minute drive to get to the mount, bay fair or bay park so very convenient.

I stayed in the big apartment upstairs with Seaview. So beautiful and comfortable and large Everything was so comfortable and the view amazing. It was very cold outside but the apartment gets all day sun and was toasty warm. Views of Mount beach, Mauao Mountain and the Papamoa Beach Hills. So gorgeous!! ORB restaurant you can see from the balcony. It’s a good place to eat and BYO Pity the spa was out of order on my stay and I wasn’t notified beforehand

Room was tidy, room i had had no desk so not suitable for business if requiring a desk,found the door setup a bit odd was more of a cupboard catch system inside and slide bot lock outside.

Rochelle was a delight to deal with. I forgot to tell her I had a disability, but she changed rooms for us at no extra cost. This Motel is central and handy to everything we needed. We will definately book here again.

The spa wasnt working. Lots of stairs. Nice ocean views comfortable bed. Lovely shower.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Yes our spa is not working at the moment and that is why we have taken all references of it off the website so no confusion is created. There is also quite a few stairs up to the Penthouse (Please be aware if you are planning to book the Penthouse there is no lift, only stairs) but like you said the ocean views are worth it. Comfortable and spacious accomodation. Reasonably priced. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beach is only a few minutes walk away. Cleaning and general maintenance could be improved

Nice place to stay, close to Bayfair mall and beach. Good place to stay with a sports team as this place has rooms that can sleep up to 5 people.

Great place to stay
We had a lovely reception welcome and the host was super friendly and accommodating. Great water pressure in the shower and a fabulous view! Due to Level 2, we couldn't try the spa pool but we will definitely come back. It had everything we needed and SO close to the beach!

The host was great. She was really helpful. Great to have a washing machine on hand. Apartment clean, tidy and well stocked. Really comfy. Parking wasn't great...not really enough parks for the amount of cars there.

Beautiful property, so close to the beach and very children friendly The staff is amazing and very helpful. Mum in law left her jade necklace in the bathroom and the staff helped to find it and couriered to us. This is true kiwi service

A Comfortable Stay
The rooms were large and comfortable. The manager was especially accommodating as we arrived very late. Bathroom was a bit cramped and it's time for new drapes.Parking was easy and The Mount is close.

Very handy to a great restaurant (OBR), and some shops just down the road. We would have preferred unit 3 which, although empty on arrival, was apparently booked for the same two nights, but receptionist said that we had to take unit 2. The unit was fine but only one bathroom and no separate toilet.

Oh my gosh! What a great place! The rooms were huge and super comfortable! We had a full kitchen...too bad we we're there long enough to fully enjoy the place.

Lots of room to move around
We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment as my colleague and I were in the area on business. It suited our needs perfectly, we were very happy with our decision to stay here. It was like a home away from home with lots of space to spread out. Will definitely stay again if back in the area.

This apartment was amazing. Great view and outdoor area with bbq. Inside had everything you needed. Two spacious king bedrooms with ensuites. Close to dairy and restaurants
