The housecleaner was amazing talked to me and seemed interested in me. If the property had an update I would give 5 stars. A tv upstairs and a couch rather than a bed in the living room would make it more comfortable

Good location where its not too far from shopping malls. However motel is close to a corner on the main road. Room was clean but had a few cobwebs behind the tv cabinet in lounge that was in the way of the storage cupboard. Had a swimming pool for kids. What i didnt like was there was no air conditioning upstairs & room was way too hot for anyone to sleep in.

Enjoyed our short stay here, facilities are good. Nicely situated across the road from the water however, road is very busy but didn’t bother us much. The only issue is entering or exiting the property can be tricky as it’s right on a bend in the road.

We were very happy with the facility. It was easy to find close to shops. Clean and tidy and the parking was great.

Have stayed here many times over the year's first time not able to have soaking in private room hot pool you need to get this operating or you will not get any return bookings this is the main reason for staying with you

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Some things were damaged but they didn’t impede my stay.My biggest concern was the entrance. While I am confident in mine and my partners driving skills the motel is located on a busy corner. This made it difficult and a little stressful when went entering and exiting the motels parking lot. The motel included not only a pool but private pools if you paid for them. Upon entering our room it was very clean and smelt very good. Due to the high amount of people staying it did make the wifi very slow but you are provided with a tv and sky entertainment. Overall the stay was nice.

Odd experience with the hotels.com booking site - I selected the right dates but it booked us in a week later. Luckily they had a spare room. Receptionist did check for other rooms in the city for us first though, which was really kind. And deducted money off our eventual room as the spa bath was out of order.

Really enjoyed my stay, sure the rooms have seen better days. But it was comfy clean and we enjoyed having the thermal plunge pool and the heated pool was great. Will definitely be staying again.
