Thanks for your feedback. We did open the unit at no extra cost for your group as the instructions I sent were not read . Please note a dryer was not included on the listing and these can be misused with large groups and burnt out. We provide drying racks that can be placed in front of the fire and the accomodation is priced accordingly. Thank you for leaving the place tidy.

Hi Carolyn there are smoke alarms installed. Upstairs, downstairs, in the dining areas and kitchen. And these are noted on the site.

Thanks for your review. This accommodation is very bach style and is priced accordingly and advertised as this . As discussed initially, your groups expectations may have been better off suited to a newer and more modern accommodation rather than a bach and the whole experience of what a bach accommodation offers. Unfortunately the house was not left as found. However appreciate your review.. Thanks again.
