Great house and section
We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is very roomy and well set out. It is one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in and had everything you can think of in the kitchen. The section is very roomy with plenty of room for the kids to run round in. Although there are cars parked out on the road side during the week, the lay out and width of the entrance makes it very easy to get a boat in and out in during the day and low light. Thanks for the holiday, we would love to come back one day.

Good sized property for the kids to run around in and decking on both sides of the house to laze about. Great proximity to town - only a 5 minute walk to pak n save and not too far to walk down to the lakefront on a quiet street over the long weekend. Perfect for our needs!

Home away from home
This is about the 10th time we’ve stayed here. We’re a group of friends who meet once a year in Taupo and this has become our home away from home. We love the fire and the open plan living area where we spend most our time. We’ll be back!

I highly recommend this property. It is very well equipped, very clean, with comfortable beds and close to restaurants and shops in the town centre. The host is very easy to communicate with and was most helpful for all our enquiries. Also plenty of space in the garden.

The ideal Taupo bookabach
This is a fantastic spacious, clean, safe & secure home with plenty of room for the kids to play and onsite parking. With 3 double bedrooms, separate toilet and shower compliments the large open plan lounge & dining area. The kitchen has everything that you need including a large fridge & 2 drawer freezer. Washing machine, tub, clothes-line & dryer are great for our swims at the Lake & AC Baths. The outdoor sleep-out with it own toilet & shower is a great bonus. As a former pupil at the nearby primary school and Taupo-Nui-a-Tia in the early 1960s',I highly recommend this property. A nice area. Reena is a fantastic host.

The home was so beautifully presented. Very comfortable, clean tidy and warm. So much space for my family of 7 and there was still extra sleeping arrangements with the sleep out available which we didnt end up using. The indoor to outdoor flow of the house was perfect for those sun rise mornings and sunset nights. We got the sun throughout the house all day. If it got too hot we could open the doors on both sides of the house to keep cool. The fireplace was so handy to have that it kept the house so cosy when it got chilly. All bedrooms had a heater which was perfect for the cold mornings. It was hreat having to seperate bathroom sinks especially with teens. Everything we required was provided and being close to town was great and the lake near by was a huge bonus. The property was entirely gated with plenty of parking for our cars which gave us extra security. My teens loved having the wifi and Netflix access so they could watch movies. My favorite place in the home was the kitchen seating area for dining with plenty of chairs available for my entire family. There was nothing bad about this home. that i will be bookong this beautiful home again for our next trip to Taupo. I recommend this lovely home to a big family wanting a weekend getaway. We would have bought our family dogs if it was permitted. This would have completed our family trip. All over beautiful home. The host Reena was wonderful and communication was great too. Spacious, ideal accommodation for large family.
My family and I (8 adults (4 couples) stayed here for a couple of nights. Everyone was very happy with the accommodations. The house is spacious, lots of facilities, parking and great location, we walked to shopping and lake. We put the youngest couple out in the sleep-out which was fine. Great family place - would love to stay again in the summer- highly recommended.
