Thanks Andrea Here is our side of the story: You were extremely rude on checkin and would not wear a mask when asked to. The receptionist asked for payment (an error on her behalf as you had already paid) and you shot her down before she could even apologise or get a word in. We messaged you ahead of time to advise our reception hours and on checkin (but you wouldn't listen). We are more than happy you are not returning as the staff do not need to be treated in the way you spoke to us. As the hotel manager I witnessed your behavior as was totally shocked. Be kind!

Hello - thanks for the anonymous review - that is of no help to fix issues. We have had no reports of no working wifi so cannot fix what is not broken. It s has been tested and working fine - maybe your device? Please talk to reception about any issue during your stay which can be resolved swiftly at the time - mistakes do happen
