This is second stay at this hotel during my trip. My room on my first stay was nicer. Maybe because I also booked breakfast on that stay? But still a good stay and so convenient for the airport.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are quiet and spacious and very clean. There are good facilities for people to get a quick breakfast with decent prices.

Extremely clean close to airport but directions to hotel via hotel shuttle were wrong and this caused us to lose 3hrs of the time we had in the area and we ended up having to pay for a cab which we were not reimbursed for which should have happened since the shuttle directions were incorrect from the hotels email. But the hotel and staff were very nice regardless

This is good hotel if you just stay for business trip and need to go to airport quickly since they provide shuttle service to both terminals. However, downside is no good dining options in the area except the expensive hotel restaurants and the airport dining options. The customer services from front-desk are reasonable but the manager greeting us first time was so rude in my opinion.

This was a really nice hotel and close to the airport with free shuttle. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful. There's not much of a walking distant to anything because it's in the airport area. But other than that, it's really convenient. I would come back.

I loved everything about the Novotel Taipei. The buffet restaurant was amazing, staff helpful and friendly. Room was modern, clean and spacious. King-size bed and pillows were super-comfortable. I had the best sleep after 10days travelling. I highly recommend this hotel - wish I could have stayed longer but unfortunately it was only an overnight stopover for a connecting flight early morning.
