It's a relatively new facility, but the problem isn't the facility, it's the poor management of the facility. First, I made my reservation at the property and paid for an ocean view. I didn't get an ocean view, but I was promised an upgrade on my next visit. This isn't useful to me, since I live eight thousand kilometers away. The rooms we were given had no towels. We called the front desk several times and had to physically go down to the front desk at least twice and request the towels. The towels finally arrived several hours later. The air conditioning did not work, despite management sending someone up to our room to look at it. We barely slept due to the heat in the room. The only thing good about the experience is that the breakfast is good. However, that isn't enough for me to be able to recommend this property. At the end I needed to convert a few euros into dirhams, but this request was denied since my euro bill had a tiny (<1mm) tear in it. I have to say absolutely avoid this property!
