"Batavia Apartments is close to Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, where there are several major shopping areas. On Jalan Benhil, within walking distance of Batavia Apartments, there are several ATMs, restaurants, and convenience shops for snacks and drinks. There are always taxis located outside the Apartments, making transportation very easy from there. The staff are friendly. It's nice to have a spa on site, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage on the day I arrived. The pool area is beautiful."

"Very convenient transportation wise. Trains services, mrt, buses all very easy to get , super cheap shopping for batik and ladies clothings at famous Thamrin City Mall . Also nearby Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia mall ,Sarinah mall. "One of the worst rental experiences! Extra registration before checkin date was complex and required extra deposit before details of property was released. Upon arrival found cockroaches…condo had to be re-cleaned and sprayed. Then when it was reported that there was no hot water on either bathrooms, the owners/operators dragged their feet, suggested ridiculous remedies and then just ignored us complaints. There was no hot water the entire duration of our 14 day stay. There was no remediation....
