The hotel won’t let me use my Hilton loyalty number as I booked through Expedia? The hotel is very tired it needs some serious TLC!

Great place to stay close to TPA. The bed was comfy and the room was super quiet. Parking is easy and the airport shuttle very convenient and leaves every 30 minutes from the hotel.

This is my second time staying at this property for work travel. I enjoyed my stay both times. The bathrooms are a little outdated but overall staff friendliness & property cleanliness was above average. I will likely stay again!

The property was conveniently located, staff was very friendly, and rooms were clean. However, the elevators were not working well soon after we got there. The staff was working diligently to remedy the problem.

The property was very nice. The customer service was also really friendly. The only complaint I have was the tub would fill up if you left the faucet on too long.

I checked into the hotel because I got the flu and couldn’t fly home. First thing I wanted was a hot shower and it had a dual knob situation that was completely unmarked. I fiddled with that for 20 minutes and could get nothing more than Luke warm. So there I was freezing with the flu and 102 temp. Also the bathroom needed some TLC with water damage on the door and floor baseboard. Not very good for Paris Hiltons inheritance.

Had to have an "engineer" come to the room just to change the time on the bedside clock.
Thermostat didn't work properly - turned it heat and it did not stop heating once the set temperature was reached. At one point the room was almost 80. Had to turn the system off and when the room cooled too much had to turn the heat on again. After 3 times, I just called down for extra blankets.
The bathroom had obvious water damage and the hallway near the elevators had wallpaper hanging off the wall.

Women room near D14, faucets don't work. Gate Gal had an attitude when we inquired about the accuracy of the departure time.

Disappointed by little things: 1) almost impossible to get shuttle pick up except through a call to main reservation desk in some foreign country. Spent ten minutes on hold, arrived at hotel after about 40 min. 2) only desk agent was deep in conversation despite two people waiting to register; 3) relatively spartan room amenities (no drinking glasses, really?). Room was clean, restaurant breakfast ok and servers cheery. Overall ok but not a good value for price.

Wonderful staff from lobby to waitstaff to check-out. Room nice, up to Hilton standards . I didn’t use the gym tho it looks well-equipped.
Didn’t use parking. The shuttle is timely.
The worst thing I can say is that the food is mediocre at best (I didn’t try the breakfast buffet). But that’s not why you come to a hotel for a short stay … they said there were a lot of dining options down the street…

For a Hyatt they could do a little better
we were impressed with a quick check in, very good service. The room was spacious and clean. but… no bottled water, no glasses, and the sewer gas smell from the bathroom was disgusting, it was late or we would of changed rooms!

ew check in time is 3:00. When checking in I asked if my Hilton Hinors number was on the reservation and she said no because you booked with a third party ( I have never been told that before)We asked if our room was ready when we arrive around 12:30. No was the answer but said we will call house keeping and let them know you have arrived. Stay nearby as it is a first come first serve and if you aren’t here when it’s ready before 2 you will be at the end again. So we stayed around, had lunch in property at 1:30 or so we check again on the room and was told no but will check with house keeping. We check again at 2:30 and a different person said no check in is at 3 but when we explained we were told housekeeping was notified we were here it would be ready sooner. Now this person says well you booked with a third party.
We finally were assigned our room after 3:15!
Okay the room is very nice, we settled in, had shuttle service take us to our group party at a nearby restaurant but took Uber back as we were a little further (1/2 mile) out from their normal distance and was told we would need to Uber back. Okay
We returned to hotel around 9pm tired from the day we called it a night! At 10 pm I started hearing a tapping sound. I couldn’t tell if was in the hallway or the room next door. This happened several times. I got up to look out the peep hole and saw nothing. Went back to bed. Call me for the rest please contact me fo

We did not get the room or the king bed that we reserved. They said you overbooked and ended up in a room with 2 small beds. Why would you let us reserve a king bed 2 months in advance and not have it available.
