"Good room - internet, aircon and hot water all worked well. Iron was broken, but quickly replaced. Restaurant seemed understaffed - tables not cleared, and didn’t open at all one day. Staff friendly but inflexible eg luggage storage or request for slightly later checkout. Complimentary shuttle is a welcome feature, particularly as the hotel’s location isn’t as convenient as some in terms of nearby restaurants etc."

"Stayed in a room with a double bed and sofa bed. The room was adequate but there was a huge patched hole in the bathroom that looked terribly repaired. The staff assisted with our requests but we were told that the hotel had a shortage of towels and washcloths when we needed extra. For a 2 night stay, the hotel served its purpose while we waited for our cruise day. But I would not stay here again."

"The hotel building was nice and the staff were friendly. The rooms were dated and the bed was uncomfortable. My expectation with Autograph hotels is that they should be above standard. This one was below standard, in my opinion. I’ve had nicer rooms with better in room amenities at a Red Roof. The TV brought be back to the 90s. No streaming capability and only 15ish live channels to choose from. The guide was a scrolling guide- nothing I could go through on my own. I haven’t seen the scrolling guide since I was a kid looking for cartoons on a Saturday morning. The bed was pretty terrible. I feel like the bottom of the bed was higher than the headboard- it seemed as if we were slightly tilted backwards while sleeping. It was a short stay- we checked in at 6pm and were out by 4:30am so I didn’t get a chance to see the rest of the hotel- but I would not stay there again based on the room."
