The rooms are run down. The room smells like cigarettes. The front desk closes at 10 pm?! The bathroom was dirty. 2 towels for 4 people. One of the drawers in the dresser would not stay closed.

I was only going to stay for one night and you cannot check in after 6 PM because the front desk is closed. they can open the front desk but only if you’re staying at least 2 or more nights.

You know this is a bad area when the check in counter has a steel window locking it up after 10pm. We check in late and found the hotel locked. Was not told that the check in desk closes at 10pm. We had to call the group off on a wall phone and they had to call the manager to come and open the front door and check us in. For a while we thought we would have to stay at another hotel. Never seen anything like it before. The hotel was dirty with hallway carpets black from crud. Looks like a welfare hotel to us. The staff was surly and did not appreciate us checking in at 10pm. Groups of people outside smoking. The room itself was large and spacious with a kitchenette. Designed for long term stay. That's the only redeeming feature. U need a car to get anywhere for food.

Didn't get the opportunity to like or dislike anything about the property, they never checked me into the room. Although we did arrive late, due to a late flight, I had a reservation and a clearly posted sign in the hotel vestibule next to a phone that said checking in late is no problem just call 500 and they'll get me checked in. Called 500 3 different times for about 20 minutes with guest services unable to reach night clerk and it just going to dial tone each time but the last when the guest services rep informed me they wouldn't be checking me in as it was too late.

The vibe of the hotel was like a prison it felt really unsafe, the smell was so bad. The room was so dirty I don’t think it was cleaned in years we checked under the bed it was so dirty we even found a potato under the bed it was probably there for years.

Not worth the $180 a night. Not worth even $9.99 a night. I’ll skip describing the reception area and just go straight to the room: The hallways were dirty, trash on the floors, rugs worn and dirty. We were greeted by a cockroach as soon as we opened the door to the room. Everything is old, stained sinks and counters, fridge full of rust on the outside. Can’t say how the inside is because I didn’t dare look. Lots of noise from outside, and outside rooms. Smelly, floor was sticky, towels had hair on them, bathroom mirror was broken (missing a chunk!) And the kicker: Poop on the toilet seat. Poop on the toiled seat! The heater started smelling really bad when we turned it on. So had to turn it off right away; it filled the room with asphyxiating burning smell. Pictures are deceiving. This is not what you expect for paying close to $200 a night. This is what you’d expect when you pay $9 a night. Overpriced hotel room. Disgusting.

This property had dirty, roach invested room and the hallways smells like pee weird sketchy people walking the complex the sheets got gum stains on it the bathroom mirror was broken and the shower knobs had mold the outside of the fridge was rusty. Will never get a hotel in that area again

People were friendly. NO HAIR DRYERS!!!! REALLY!!!! Not kidding - no hairdryers IN THE BUILDING!!! Facility was really run down and dodgy. Fire alarm went off around midnight on our last night fire dept came out they assume someone pulled the alarm or was cooking in their room and set them off. Only one staff member we could see or talk to he said they turned off alarm but couldn’t get it to reset. A dangerous situation in our opinion. We left and drove 14 hours last night to get home. we were disappointed that the rooms were not updated or very clean also hallway a/c was out for first two nights. I will no longer visiting their hostels.

The rooms were decent for the 5 nights we stayed. No housekeeping at all, we had to get our own towels and take the dirty ones down. Breakfast was only coffee, teas, muffins, granola bars & oatmeal/grits packets. Staff was friendly but the rooms were outdated with rusty stoves and fridges. Wish we got more for the price we paid. At least have a housekeeping stop by the rooms - we basically had to do it all ourselves.

We didn't realize there were so many long-term residents, who although polite during the day, were loitering around outside in the wee hours. We got to the hotel past 1:30 am and the noise kept my partner awake most of the night.

We pulled up and looked at the building and knew it wasn't going to be all that inside. The hallways smelled funny and no i don't mean weed or drugs. The room looked ok but bathroom floor looked like was something resembling lotion or male bodily fluids between the sink and toilet.

The hotel was safe, clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Although clean, the Decore was in need of an update, there was no daily maid service or change of linen and you had to take out your own trash. We were fine with that to get the best price in the area. I was disappointed that the hotel advertise breakfast included and what was there really wasn't breakfast. Coffee, mini muffins and instant oatmeal might be a weak Continental breakfast, but certainly isn't a breakfast.

This was my first stay at an “extended stay” and I won’t stay again. If you accept one night stays rather than weekly stays you need to supply the basics. No ice available, no in room coffee pot, only one desk chair. No drinking glasses, no hair dryer, no lobby seats. Pathetic breakfast option.

This property was filthy, the floors were always sticky, stains everywhere, deteriorated trim and broken toilet and shower. The staff was wonderful, but the first thing we noticed when getting out of our car was a strong smell of marajuana outside and in the building.

For me when it says BREAKFAST INCLUDED, you are expecting a breakfast. Not a coffee machine and muffins to go. It was really smelly all the rooms, in the front desk, and dirty as well. Old furniture, carpets, and lights. Not recommended at all, not even for the price...
