"This is the nicest Staybridge I have ever stayed at. The rooms were so gorgeous that it felt like a resort. The property is on a lake. You can sit outside just enjoying the view. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are attentive, considerate, and really helpful."

"1. Why doesn’t your staff refill items at breakfast? Each day at least one or 2 items would be empty and staff would take their own sweet time in replacing them or saying that they would not replace at all. It seemed more out of laziness than anything else. 2. Even after requesting room clean up the person did not arrive at the agreed time and front desk had no clue when they would be able to come 3. No kettle in the room and very old equipment"
