When we arrived we booked a queen bed and they only had rooms with double beds and said that the queen bed rooms were all unavailable yet we had no idea about this in the weeks before. When we got up to our room there was no fridge they said that was a it's more expensive room and we inquired about booking a more expensive room they said they couldn't I've never ever been to a hotel that does not give you a fridge. They eventually did bring a fridge to our room but we thought this was very strange. What else can we like about the hotel I could not increase the volume on the TV and had many problems with it but did not call about that due to the numerous other issues we already had. They didn't provide us anything about the breakfast when we first came and we had to let them know that we booked through Expedia and had that. We went to the pool and there were no towels I specifically asked the front desk before I went down and they said they'd be towels there went there we waited for over a half hour no towel so I called the front desk in about another half hour later towels were provided. My wife called about the points system and how it worked but she because she wanted to try and get it added to hers and the person at the front desk seem to not be bothered with this put us on hold and then it went back to another menu all in all a very mediocre experience
