"The architecture of SALA Chaweng Beach is stunning. The rooms are gorgeous and the circular pool on the beach side is situated as a perfect compliment to the beach. There is a second pool on the garden side that was great for afternoon sun or for a more mellow layout. The nightly tea with the turndown service was also such a lovely touch. "

"Little to fault here, very luxurious, spectacular service lovely.rooms. Restaurant offerings limited and the ipad menus very frustrating. Some very loud boorish groups , but thats a cultural thing and little hotel can do about it. I do wonder why they think its ok to shout and holler across such a traquil resort. Maybe some generic notices in the room written in certain languages may help"

"Warmer hotel as it is surrounded in trees which is nice. Deet is a must once you walk outside the door once the sun starts setting;) Great location right by the beach and easy access to both pool and sea water. Nice breakfast and staff."

"All the staff at this property are very respectful and helpful. Although built on a hillside, transport is immediately available via golf buggy if required. The choice at breakfast is amazing and caters for all nationalities. The areas are clean and well cared for, although our room was in need of a small amount of maintenance which cannot be avoided with continuous use. The issue we had with the room was rectified within 30 minutes of being reported. Well done to everyone at the resort, we will be returning in 2025."

"A stunning resort. The Ocean view room was perfect, private and quiet. There are several pools, each with its own charms. The beach and sea swimming are not the best, but I did see some people swimming and snorkeling. The best things about this resort are the location and, most important, the people who work there. Friendly and kind - I was very impressed with the dining room staff, in particular. But everyone I encountered was professional, helpful, and pleasant. As others have said, there’s not a lot nearby the resort but it is very self-contained. I was solo and enjoyed four days of pure peace and down time. I will say that the Thai food on offer in the all-day dining room was uninspired and somewhat expensive after Bangkok. But that is my only criticism."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was big and airy, the bathroom modern, bed comfortable and room kept clean by housekeeping. We loved the beach, it’s cleanliness, size and the clear, calm water in which we swam every day. The buffet was nice, the coffee there was excellent. The hotel was near restaurants outside the property whete we could go for non-touristy food. The property was not blasting music all day and we were able to be on a part of the beach where we didn’t hear the bar music. At night there was audible music from our balcony ( the balcony was great) but they turned it off at a decent hour. The staff were super fast with the cart to take us to the beach or reception area (we were up on a hill with a fantastic view worth having to use a cart) All in all a wonderful stay. Would go there again. Very relaxing."
