Legend Palace Hotel

"The Legend Palace looks exactly like you would expect a hotel in casino-focused Macau to look, featuring wildly over-the-top 'Louis XVI' architecture and interiors. The hotel may not be the first choice for gamblers, as it's on the peninsula rather than out in the Cotai casino 'strip', but I found it good value, with large, clean rooms, good amenities (you will be alone in the gym, and probably the pool) and excellent service (the concierge, Ivan, was especially helpful during my stay). The hotel is near the Outer Harbour ferry terminal and part of the white elephant 'Fisherman's Wharf' retail complex, but the old town is within walking distance (if you don't mind walking!). The Legend Palace is not a historic property like the pousadas, it's not a famous-brand five-star hotel, and it doesn't have an in-house casino, but it represents excellent value, I thought. I'd be happy to stay again."

"Excellent service from the housekeeping staff and the concierge. Good location and price - walkable distance from the Cotai strip without having to pay the exorbitant prices. I also had packages shipped to the hotel without any issues. During this trip, I was working from the hotel during the daytime. Whenever the housekeepers came by, they were very friendly and polite. Overall great experience!"

"We loved everything there. Cleanliness, designed and all amenities and even the plate and cups are diligent. We specially thanks to the dept desk Eric So, who is fluent is English and Chinese. Shows his understanding, great listening and always tries his best to answer our questions and accommodate our requests. He is awesome and turns on the great experience from start till end of our only one night stay there! Definitely recommended and don’t forget they provide good shuttle services and excellent breakfast buffet!"
